Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges for all our handcrafted products. This is to avoid any contamination after the products are purchased. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of your purchase.
NATUROSQIN will not be held responsible for shipping delays, damages or loss.
Only partial refund will be granted, depending on the situations. Once the order is shipped, the shipping fee will not be refunded. Please contact us to know whether the issue you face is refundable. There will be number of processes conducted to evaluate the issue before refund is granted. Please allow 7 business days for us to rectify the issue and process the refund. If your request for refund is approved, we will process your refund and automatically reimburse the amount to your Paypal or Bank account. This may take few more days for the process to take place.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND
Check your bank account to confirm received of your refund. If you are yet to receive the refund, allow some time and check your account again.
If issue still persist, please contact your credit card company to make sure whether the transaction has gone through. It may take some time for the process to take place and officially show on your account.

Products on sale are final and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Only regular items with retail prices are qualified for returns and refunds.
We accept cancellation within 24 hours, provided your order has not been shipped out. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number to start the process.
