Shower Parfait: Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Glycerin, Aqua (Distilled), Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Stearic Acid, Mangifera Indica (Mango) Seed Butter, Phenoxyethanol (and) Capryyl Glycol (and) Sorbic Acid (perservative)

Foaming Body Scrub: Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Glycerin, Aqua (Distilled), Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Stearic Acid, Raw Organic Sugar, Freshly Ground Coffee (for Coffee Scrub) Mangifera Indica (Mango) Seed Butter, Phenoxyethanol (and) Capryyl Glycol (and) Sorbic Acid (perservative)

Shower Parfait: Scoop about a teaspoon  size or more, apply and lather over wet body. Rinse off and dry.  Can be used every day

Foaming Body Scrub: Scoop about a teaspoon  size or more, apply and lather over wet body. Rinse off and dry.  Best to use 1-2 times a week.
